A Fort Wayne teen faces a child molesting charge after Fort Wayne Police say he forced a sexual relationship on a then-11-year-old girl he was living with. Michael Silva, 19, of the 2400 block of Brooklyn Avenue, is charged with the Class B felony count after police were called to a home Nov.
